Shipping Times

Since each product is made on-demand and fulfilled by our trusted partners, delivery times vary depending on the item. Each product page displays the estimated time it takes to produce and prepare your item for shipping. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via our delivery partners. Shipping times are also listed on each product page.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number. 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We believe in mindful shopping—keeping only what truly speaks to you and letting go of what doesn’t. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns, ensuring that your home is filled with pieces you love.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items with deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume, or any modifications. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page to start your return. We’ll reach out to you with further instructions once you submit your return request.

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you can request an exchange for a different size. Simply let us know in the returns form, and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

When you return an item, we don’t let it go to waste. Every returned product is either donated, repurposed for marketing, used as samples to refine our designs, or recycled/reused. We do this to minimize waste and give our products a second life in a meaningful way.

As a small, independent brand, we strive to make thoughtful decisions that ensure we can continue serving you. To protect our business from abuse and unsustainable costs, we reserve the right to deny or limit returns at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Excessive or habitual returns (e.g., returning most or all items across multiple orders).
  • Bulk returns (e.g., returning a large portion of items from a single order).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window.
  • Missing tags, packaging, or items with stains, scents, or alterations.
  • Suspicious or repeated return patterns that suggest abuse of our policy.

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, but frequent or unjustified returns create financial strain that small businesses like ours cannot absorb. By respecting these guidelines, you help us keep prices fair, reduce waste, and continue doing what we love: creating beautiful, sustainable fashion for you.
